Effectiveness of a new mobile HFCWO device for airway clearance in CF patients

Fluidda studied the effectiveness of a new mobile HFCWO device for airway clearance in CF patients.

High-frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) is a commonly used airway clearance technique for cystic fibrosis patients. The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a newly developed mobile HFCWO device, with a standard non-mobile device as comparator.

The results, earlier presented as a poster at the ERS 2019 conference in Madrid, are now published.
